Grand-Bay is called "small Saint-Tropez" of Mauritius. This village
of fishermen became in 20 years hardly a famous seaside resort. But reassure,
nothing to see with our over-populated and denatured Riviera. Here the Mauritians
knew to develop a tourist city of human size, without buildings and cages
of concretes.
With not missing, the return of fishing. On stalls of fortune, you will be
able to admire and buy beautiful fish, fished in the lagoon or with its accesses.
These fish and seafood, coldly fished are quickly resold at the local restaurants
and you will be able to taste them the evening even in the restaurants of
the city and the surroundings.
